Bradford BID Coronavirus Statement

As the current situation regarding coronavirus is still having a huge impact on us all we at the BID want to show our support and advise you on the help that is available during what is an extremely challenging time for everyone. Here at the BID, a lot has been happening during ‘lockdown’ including many new and exciting projects to support our businesses, which can be found on our new Project Page, and we have been working closely with the BID Foundation, the Local Authority and other BIDs to devise a Recovery Plan for the City. The main objectives of our Recovery Plan can be seen below.

We will keep providing you with important web links to stay well-informed and to get all the information you need to help your business which can be found on our Recovery Support Page. Please also check out our Newsletter Page where you will be able to download all our latest newsletters which go through information that has come straight from the Government and NHS England and what the BID can do for you. You can also sign up to receive our newsletters hot off the press via email by using this link. This time of unsettling and uncertainty for us all will pass and we are here to support you all the way! We will be back bigger and better than ever!

Stay Safe, Stay Positive, Stay Well-Informed and Stay United!

    The Bradford BID Team

A Statement From The BID Chair

“These are unprecedented times for businesses and we know that many of you are worried not just about staying safe but about how you can ride out the most testing economic conditions since the Second World War. One thing is certain: you are not in it alone and there are many people in Bradford – not least your BID – who are working hard to ensure that support is there and your voice is being heard where it matters. Keep checking our website and reading our newsletters and stay strong – and safe.” – Ian Ward, BID Chair

A Statement From The BID Manager

“It seems likely there’s a long way to go until this crisis is over but our key priority is looking ahead and planning for the future post-lockdown. We are working hard on our recovery plans and we would be very pleased to hear your concerns and ideas for how we can ensure the city centre is best placed to come back fighting when the storm has passed. Please let us know what you might need in the weeks and months ahead so we can build a plan to ensure Bradford comes back even stronger.” – Jonny Noble, BID Manager
